Casa Gerloni is a historic Renaissance building located on the west side of Piazza Duomo in the heart of Trento’s historic center, with origins dating back to the 15th century. Characterized by a vertical facade spanning several floors, the building preserves traces of ancient frescoes and bears the layered marks of its various construction and decorative phases.

The building underwent restoration and conservation work using Tassullo products made from natural hydraulic lime. The goal of the project was to restore the complex to its historical grandeur, with its Renaissance structure and decorations, creating a harmonious dialogue between history and modernity within the urban fabric of Trento.

CALCE FINE andCALCE SETA were selected for the interior finishes. In the bathroom, the velvety texture of CALCE SETA the minimalist, contemporary marble furnishings. The overall effect is elegant and harmonious, further enhanced by a protective treatment that ensures durability and performance.

The product CALCE FINE, made from 100% natural hydraulic lime 5, was chosen for its complete compatibility with historic surfaces. The Breathable textured finish delicately blends old and new, enhancing the quality of the existing structure without overpowering it.
